Sr. Office Manager - Caterin Hodjikj-Valiente
Caterin M. Hodjikj-Valiente is the Senior Office Manager and head of the Meeting House Offices department. With over 10 years of experience in property management and office management across both commercial and residential real estate, she brings extensive operational and administrative expertise to the management of the historic multi-tenant office and retail building.
Caterin oversees the daily operations of the property, managing building logistics, coordinating maintenance and vendor services, supervising front desk staff, and supporting both the maintenance and administrative teams that serve the community of businesses within the building. She works closely with tenants to ensure the property operates smoothly while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
In addition to operations, Caterin leads the building’s marketing and communications efforts. She manages social media, promotes available office and retail spaces, produces a monthly neighborhood and tenant newsletter, and organizes events throughout the year to help foster a strong sense of community at The Meeting House Offices.
Building manager - Michael Williams
Michael Williams is the Building Manager at The Meeting House Offices, where he oversees the day-to-day maintenance and technical operations of the historic multi-tenant office and retail building. Michael plays a key role in ensuring that all building systems—from HVAC and electrical to plumbing, fire safety, and security—operate reliably and efficiently for tenants.
He works closely with contractors, vendors, and building management to troubleshoot issues, coordinate repairs, and support ongoing maintenance and improvement projects. Michael also assists tenants with connectivity and communications systems, drawing on his background in telecommunications and network installation to help resolve internet, VoIP, and related technology needs within the building.
In addition to maintaining building systems, Michael helps ensure the property remains clean, safe, and welcoming by overseeing waste removal, snow and ice management, and general upkeep of common areas. Known for his hands-on approach and strong technical skills, Michael is an essential part of the team that keeps The Meeting House Offices running smoothly every day.
Administrative Assistant - Seneeca Wilson
Seneecca S. Wilson is part of the administrative team at Meeting House Offices, where she helps keep daily operations organized and running efficiently. She supports the office through document preparation, scheduling, electronic filing, and coordinating important communications and deliveries.
Seneecca brings years of experience working in professional office environments, including real estate, finance, and legal administration. Bailey Burlamachi – Building Manager Assistant
Bailey Burlamachi is the Building Manager Assistant at the Meeting House Offices, where she supports Building Manager Michael Williams in the daily operations and maintenance of the historic multi-tenant office and retail property. She assists with maintenance coordination, tenant relations, preventative building care, and communication with vendors and contractors to help ensure the building operates smoothly and efficiently.
Bailey brings extensive operations management experience from her role as a Pharmacy Operations Manager at Walgreens. There, she led staff recruitment and training, managed scheduling and inventory systems, and optimized workflows in a high-volume environment while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.
Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities make her a valuable support to the building management team and an important resource for tenants at the Meeting House Offices.
